Here is your 15 point Roofline Process -
1 - Scaffolding erected on commencement of works.
2 - Remove all existing fascia, soffit, guttering and down-pipes.
3 - Take roof tiles back to remove old felt.
4 - Install new D.P.C under tiles.
5 - Install Bird Comb system.
6 - Install Eaves Guard Protection System.
7 - Inspect existing trusses and replace timber if required.
8 - Install new 18mm PVC-u Fascia boards, Fire rating to BS476 Part 7: 1997 Class 1.
9 - Install 10mm soffit with 65mm stainless steel headed pins.
10 - Install circular vents into soffit so your timber can breathe.
11 - Install deep-flow rainwater system all guttering and downpipes.
12 - Remove existing cemented apex and add replacement dry verge tiles.
13 - Remove all debris and materials from site.
14 - 20 year manufacturers guarantee against discolouration, warping & cracking.
15 - 15 year installation guarantee.
